Hi!

My name is Jill and I am writing concerning Beyond the Grave: Class of 2000. You might remember me coming to your Youth Meetings a while back with my friends from Victory Life in Lockport. I just wanted to tell you all how much of an impact the drama has had on us and I didn't know exactly who to write this to. We first saw the play back in October and we absolutely knew that we had to get some of our unsaved friends and family members to see it. Since then, we've been to the play 6 times and each time we brought friends or family. They have all gotten saved (about 10 people). We also brought about 60 people from our youth group (many of them who are new to our group and complete with dozens of piercings and black makeup - much like the shooters in the drama ) and they got saved, too. I just want to say thanks to your church ministry for their willingness and openness in sharing the bold truth of the Word of God. We have been sharing with the people we brought to the play for a very long time and praying that they would get saved, and with your drama, it happened. I am so grateful for that. I will continue to pray for the people to come in because I truly believe that lives are being changed. I know that they are because I'm seeing it in the lives of our friends, family, and members of our youth group. One more thing, our Youth Pastor, Pastor Chris Allen Beirs saw the play for the first time last Friday night (2-25-00) and Sunday morning at church she encouraged the congregation to bring any unsaved people that they know to the play. The response in the church was phenomenal. It seems like that was all everyone was talking about after church. The drama is definitely affecting the unsaved, but it is also having a profound effect on our church family as well. Again, please thank whoever needs to be thanked for me because I am so grateful to your ministry for having such an awesome effect on the people I love.

Sincerely;

Jill

Hi,

I live in Raceland but my friend wanted to go to ya'll's play Beyond the Grave on January 7. I went and I found it to be a great experience. I learned so much about my life that I didn't realize in that one night. When asked if I was ready to face God, I felt so empty. I found out I wasn't. I proceeded to the stage with others who felt the same way. I will never forget that moment. I opened my heart to God and I felt, and am still feeling showered by his love. They were baptizing services after, so I took the opportunity.

WOW! I felt so fresh and new. God was always a part of my life, but now He's so much more. I left all my pain, confusion, and regrets in the water. I knew I needed to change for a while but on January 7th, I DID!! I feel truly saved and my life has changed DRAMATICALLY!! I have so much more hope for tomorrow. I'm much happier and I truly enjoy my talks with God. Not only is he there when times are hard, but all the time I ask Him for help and guidance and I also praise Him every chance I get. I gave my heart to Him and my life was always in His hands. This brings a whole new meaning to the word "trust". I am now very active in my youth group and I've made wonderful new friends with great spirits just like y'all.

Y'all are pretty far, but I'll try to attend as many events as possible. Ya'll are reaching so many people. I just thought I'd tell ya'll it meant so much. Don't quit. You're changing lives! I'm so happy now doing God's work. ya'll are great role models. Y'all have all my compliments!!

Thanks so much, I'll never forget it!!

With love,

Heidi

Hey Everyone!

I visited this past Friday night...BTG 2000 and WHAT A BLESSING!

My daughter encouraged me to take her back with some friends.

She is 12 1/2 and has been a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ for 5 years. She had been once already to BTG with some friends of ours and she asked if I would take 5 of her soccer team buddies / classmates...two were already believers...the other 3 GAVE THEIR LIFE TO CHRIST that night!!!

PRAISE GOD ALMIGHTY!

These girls were Catholic, which is our background. God saved our family from that nightmare 8 years ago!!

So, the points of this e-mail is to foremost ENCOURAGE your volunteers working this production...they are blessing people for ETERNITY! PLEASE, PLEASE let them know how extremely grateful I am that they are working God's plan out in real faith!!

Also, since these 3 girls have been back, they CANNOT stop talking about what happened to them, so now the rest of the soccer team and many parents want to come this next Friday night in the WOLF MOBILE, the team soccer winnebago!

Thank Taylor also, the precious Christian in the play, who met with us and talked with us after the production! My daugther and her friends were SO amazed that she took time to visit with them!! Wow! What an impact something so seemingly insignificant has on a life.

So, would your prayer team supporting this effort please be praying for the people coming over from Mandeville/Covington in the WOLF MOBILE this coming Friday night...about 35 total people (pre-teen girls and their parents)...95% of whom are not saved will be attending....please pray that they WILL come and that their hearts will be softened and open to God's provision for them...which is to receive Christ and His Precious Life!

God Bless You All...may our Good Lord richly bless each of you for your unselfish giving to others. I am most humbled by the teenagers allowing Christ to be lived through them.

In His Rich Grace, I am Sincerely Grateful, Debi Frey "Beloved Warrior Who Is Full of Grace" (ie. Deborah Ann David)

P.S. If you would like to...please pass along any prayer requests you all would want to send my way... I am a prayer warrior, anointed by God and fully reconciled to Him through the completed work of My Jesus Christ, Who is both Saviour and Lord over me...I would so love to help this effort in this way.

I cannot express how much we enjoyed this production. Our first time seeing it was just this past Friday 4-7-00. We came at the invitation of my sister in law who had seen it about a month ago. My husband, and two of our three children came. My oldest child was working. I have NEVER been so moved and touched in my 42 years of life. All four of us rededicated ourselves to our all ready deep relationship with the Lord Jesus. BUT, I must say, that since Friday, I am more enthuestiac in my prayers and joyful in my life. My oldest child has requested this Friday off, and my daughter is bringing 2 of her friends. I have talked to several people and do hope they will join us. It is my prayer that EVERY ONE who is physically able to get to your church on Friday nights, as long as the Lord permits, should see this.

I must go on to explain that a friend of my two oldest kids had a friend commit suicide just one short week ago. They, as all 5 of us have, been very upset and bewildered. Some people even told us that some parts of the play were so intense, that it may not be a good idea for them to deal with it so soon after the tradgey. My husband and I prayed about it long and hard, and our answer was "let's go!!! God is always with us." Praise Jesus!!! This is just what we all needed. My oldest child was so impressed with his father's reaction to the play, he deceided that he needs to see it!!! (My husband is very laid back and not overly impressed by much, but he was so moved Friday, it left such an impact on my olderst).

Again, i cannot thank you all enough and most of all, I cannot praise the Lord enough for this powerful, powerful message. We will see you all again Friday, and with many others we are bringing.

Praise Jesus!!
